How about an edublogs.org aggregator? A place to see all edublogs.org blog posts as they’re posted, rather than having to poke around to find them? There’s apparently something for WordPress to do this, as well as FeedOnFeeds…

WP-DB-Backup plugin?

Not sure if it’s compatible with WPMU, but WP-DB-Backup might be a nice touch – gives the users a chance to back their stuff up, as well as the option to easily move to their own host if they outgrow this one.

Seriously. This is some pretty insanely easy weblogging! I’m a bit curious to see how it scales with the clone-all-wordpress-tables scheme of weblog creation, but if it works on the hundreds-or-thousands scale, I’m very interested in seeing how it could work on campus.
The Admin/authoring UI looks much more streamlined than Drupal’s, so I think profs [...]
