		<description><![CDATA[Not sure if it&#8217;s compatible with WPMU, but WP-DB-Backup might be a nice touch &#8211; gives the users a chance to back their stuff up, as well as the option to easily move to their own host if they outgrow this one.

I&#8217;m a bit curious to see how it scales with the clone-all-wordpress-tables scheme of weblog creation, but if it works on the hundreds-or-thousands scale, I&#8217;m very interested in seeing how it could work on campus.
The Admin/authoring UI looks much more streamlined than Drupal&#8217;s, so I think profs [...]]]></description>

<p>The Admin/authoring UI looks much more streamlined than Drupal&#8217;s, so I think profs may be more likely to use it from that perspective. And, with the full client API, they can use desktop tools, as well as the more robust bookmarklets.</p>
<p>Hmm&#8230; Might have to consider possible migration of weblogs.ucalgary.ca to this&#8230; Or, perhaps, adding it as an additional option?</p>
<p>Actually, this might be a good time to reconsider options. Drupal vs. WPMU vs. ELGG&#8230;</p>
<p>If WPMU gave the ability to tweak the selected theme, that just might be a near-perfect solution&#8230;</p>
